An energy efficient twin house with a total area of 314m2 situated on a plot of 970m2, in a second line of buildings from the “Malwy street”

One house 157m2 including a large single garage + 30m2 unusable attic. The plot area of one household is 485m2.

Each house: 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 1 garage, 1 living room with kitchen 2 parking spots, 1 kitchen

The building will be completed in the 4th quarter of 2016 .
